Public Sector & E‑Governance Capability
Proven in German banking — one of the world's most demanding regulated environments — and ready to bring the same engineering to Indian e-governance. This page states plainly what we can deliver and why we are eligible.
What we bring
Production-proven technology from the regulated financial sector, an Indian delivery base in Udaipur, and a sovereign, self-hosted AI stack built for exactly the data-residency requirements a government scope sets.
What we can deliver for Indian e-governance
We deliver across six engineering domains — AI & model engineering, product & software engineering, real-time communication, cloud/DevOps & managed operations, integration & API engineering, and security/compliance & data-sovereignty engineering. That matters in procurement for a specific reason: Indian e-government scopes are usually written as supply → develop → integrate → host → operate → support, and a vendor scoreable on only one of those components is a weak consortium partner. We are scoreable across that chain — as a direct supplier on right-sized scopes, and as the specialist partner covering several work packages on a larger bid.
Indian-language model adaptation and on-prem deployment
Our sharpest public-sector capability: we work at the model layer — selecting, adapting, quantizing, benchmarking, serving and operating open models on hardware the department controls. Live captioning and translation across 15 languages including Indian languages already runs this way in a commercial deployment. Fine-tuning and adapter training on departmental data are part of the service, applied where the data supports them.
Video platforms for public services
Video-consultation technology of the kind we engineer for German banks, applied to Indian public needs: virtual court hearings, telemedicine consultations, citizen-service video counters and video KYC. Built on WebRTC with modern media stacks (LiveKit, mediasoup-class SFUs) and deep media-pipeline engineering, with recording, queue management and workflow features.
AI transcription and translation for Indian languages
Live captioning and translation covering 15 languages, including Indian languages, built on Whisper ASR and self-hosted open translation models — directly applicable to multilingual citizen services, proceedings transcription and meeting-records digitization.
Sovereign, self-hosted AI for data residency
Our entire AI stack (speech recognition, translation, text-to-speech, vision) runs self-hosted on dedicated GPU infrastructure — no foreign cloud AI APIs in the data path. For government data-residency and sovereignty requirements, this is not a retrofit; it is how we already build for European data-protection law (GDPR).
Operations and infrastructure
CI/CD, containerized deployment, monitoring and managed operations, including GPU infrastructure for AI workloads — we operate what we deliver. Response and support commitments are agreed and written into each engagement, sized to what the department actually needs.
Application, integration and compliance engineering
Portal and application development, third-party API and payment-rail integration, and the residency/access architecture that a public-sector data policy requires — the same engineering domains we sell commercially, listed here so a multi-scope tender can score us component by component.
Capability matrix
| Capability | Evidence base | Readiness |
|---|---|---|
| Video-consultation platforms (WebRTC media engineering) | Long-term engineering partner for Sonar, a video-consultation platform used by German banks | Production-proven (commercial) |
| Live multilingual captioning & translation (15 languages incl. Indian languages) | Deployed in video-consultation context; Whisper + open translation models | Production-proven (commercial) |
| Self-hosted sovereign AI stack (ASR/translation/TTS/vision) | Operating on dedicated, self-hosted GPU infrastructure | Production-proven (commercial) |
| High-concurrency transcription tuning | Benchmarked up to 6× concurrent-stream capacity per GPU | Demonstrated |
| AI vision in live video (e.g., damage/document assessment) | Self-hosted open vision-language model assessing damage shown during live insurance video calls | Demonstrated |
| Payment/checkout integrations | Delivered inside Sonar, a European financial-sector platform | Production-proven (commercial) |
| DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, managed ops | Standing practice across all engagements | Production-proven (commercial) |
Why we are a credible partner for a government scope
| What a department asks | What we bring |
|---|---|
| Is the supplier Indian, with delivery in India? | An Indian private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, with its engineering and delivery centre in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Statutory registrations are in place and furnished with bid documents. |
| Has the supplier worked under real regulatory pressure? | Sustained engineering for platforms used by German banks, where data protection (GDPR), availability and audit scrutiny are everyday delivery constraints rather than a compliance annexe. |
| Will our data stay where policy requires? | Yes, by architecture. Our AI stack is self-hosted on infrastructure the department controls; no foreign cloud AI API sits in the data path, and custody and administrative control stay on the department's side. |
| Can the supplier cover more than one component of the scope? | Six engineering domains under one accountable team: model engineering, application development, real-time video, integration, hosting and long-term operations. |
| Is the technology current? | WebRTC and modern SFUs, Whisper-based multilingual ASR, self-hosted open translation, TTS and vision models, containerized delivery with CI/CD and monitoring. |
How we propose to engage
- Direct, right-sized engagements — service orders and state-level RFPs sized to a scope we deliver end to end, building citable public-sector performance step by step.
- Consortium / subcontract partner — as a specialist technology partner to established system integrators on larger bids, covering more than one work package: Indian-language AI and model deployment, video platforms, sovereign AI infrastructure, application development, integration and hosted operations.
- Pilots and proofs-of-concept — our prototyping discipline suits departmental pilots that must show results before scale: a small, measured proof first, then the build it justifies.
Why our regulated-sector track record transfers
Our commercial track record sits in a sector whose demands match a government scope closely. German banks operate under strict data-protection law (GDPR), high availability expectations and audit scrutiny — and German banking institutions use the platform we engineer. The disciplines transfer directly: data residency, auditability, uptime, and multilingual citizen-scale communication.
