Who we are

What this website does — and does not — collect
- No cookies. This site sets no cookies of any kind. Your theme preference (light/dark), if you choose one, is stored only in your own browser's local storage and is never transmitted to us.
- No analytics or tracking. We use no visitor analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising technology and no third-party embeds that could profile you.
- No forms that submit to a server. The contact form on this site does not send anything to us. It only prepares an email in your own email application; you decide whether to send it.
Our products
This policy covers this website only. Vaagmodo's own products — desktop dictation, the credential vault and long-form transcription — process personal data as part of what they do, and each one has its own privacy notice that applies instead of this page. Across all three, the processing runs on infrastructure we own and operate rather than on third-party AI APIs: audio sent to the dictation and transcription services is not retained after the text is returned, and the vault is designed so the server never receives your passphrase or the contents of your vault. Each product's own notice states the processing location that applies to it.

Server log files
Like virtually every website, the web server that delivers these pages (operated by our hosting provider) automatically records technical access logs — typically the requested URL, date and time, the IP address of the requesting device, browser type and referrer. These logs are used solely to operate the service securely and diagnose technical problems; we do not use them to identify visitors, and we do not combine them with other data.
When you email us
If you write to info@vaagmodo.com, we receive the personal data you include (such as your name, email address and the content of your message). We use it only to handle your inquiry and the business relationship that may follow from it, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver the service you asked for or by law.
Your rights
Where EU data-protection law (GDPR) applies to our processing of your data, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email info@vaagmodo.com.
Changes to this policy
If this website ever adds functionality that processes personal data — for example a server-side contact form or visitor analytics — this policy will be updated first, and any analytics will only be introduced together with a proper consent mechanism.
