FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Have you actually worked with banks?

Yes. We are the long-term engineering partner for Sonar, a video-consultation platform used by German banks. Our contribution spans real-time video engineering, live multilingual captioning and translation, and platform operations.

How do you handle GDPR for financial clients?

By architecture, not by paperwork alone: self-hosted AI processing on dedicated infrastructure, controlled data flows, and deployment designs that a data-protection officer can audit. Removing third-party AI APIs from the data path eliminates the hardest compliance questions. Our full posture — including the client-hosted operating model and our DORA awareness as an ICT service provider — is documented on the security & data stewardship page.

Can you add AI features to an existing banking platform?

Yes. We have integrated live captioning and translation (15 languages, including Indian languages) into an existing video-consultation platform, and built AI damage analysis for insurance video calls — both as additions to live systems, not greenfield builds.

Do you work with insurers as well as banks?

Yes. Our vision-model damage analysis was built for insurance video-call workflows — assessing damage shown on camera during a claim call.

Where is your financial-sector engineering strongest?

In the customer-facing layer and everything underneath it: real-time advisory channels, the AI inside them, and the integration, platform and compliance engineering that keeps them auditable. That is where our German banking work has run for years, and it is where we add the most in the first quarter of an engagement.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Long-term partnership: a stable senior team providing continuous feature development, integration work and operations. We prefer multi-year stewardship over one-off projects, because that is where regulated-sector software quality actually comes from.
